Jasmine妈妈说,一盘好吃的辣椒螃蟹,除了要料足还要加上给家人的爱。

Kampong Chilli Crab

穆禄在金秋玄冬交叉中推出了家乡辣椒螃蟹作为感恩节的特色美食系列。这是创始人Jasmine妈妈的配方,也是爸爸经常在螃蟹季节来临时会请Jasmine妈妈烹饪的。Jasmine妈妈说,配方很简单,只要葱姜蒜放足,再加上给家人的爱,这就是一盘好吃的辣椒螃蟹。在这道甜、辣、酸、鲜、咸里可以感受到满满的爱和温暖。

In this late autumn and early winter, MULU WFC is introducing Kampong Chilli Crab, a signature dish of founder Jasmine's mother as part of her Thanksgiving specialty. Sweet, spicy, savory with a hint of tanginess, packed with lots of flavors from fresh herbs, this is one of Jasmine's dad's favorite dishes.

在穆禄王府肥美的螃蟹是每天从缅甸空运过来的,而且用了Jasmine妈妈的配方烹饪出家乡的味道。辣椒螃蟹一定要用活的螃蟹,所以要享用这道美味的菜肴需要提前一天预订。当季限定。

To ensure utmost freshness, the crabs are airflown from Myanmar daily. Only live crabs are used to make Kampong Chilli Crab. Reservations of one day ahead is required for all crab lovers out there. Limited Time Only.

奶奶的菜谱、以及从老一辈东南亚家庭中收集来的失传配方,组合成为了MULU穆禄王府的招牌菜肴。每一种食材的选择、每一种香料的运用,都包含着Jasmine的童年与成长记忆。

在她看来,MULU穆禄,不仅仅是一个呈现美味的餐厅,更是一个有文化、有高度的餐饮平台。东南亚的风土人情、自然风光从餐厅空间一路映射到餐盘之中,勾勒出浓郁的当地风情。

MULU WFC hopes to redefine peoples’ preconceptions of Southeast Asian cuisine, showcasing its trend-forward, multicultural side. Every dish on the menu has its own unique personality, influenced by the many diverse cultural influences that have shaped the cuisine of this region, from the bold spicing of Malaysian cuisine to the sour spiciness of Thai cuisine. The menu features dishes from ten different countries: Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, and the Philippines.

Together with Jasmine's family recipes, the diverse cuisine of these 10 very different countries form the heart of the MULU WFC dining experience. Each dish is prepared according to traditional recipes twisted with moden techniques and plating.

For Jasmine, MULU WFC is more than just a restaurant; it is a platform for sharing, exchanging culture and promoting food diplomacy. The restaurant has already cooperated with many embassies from ASEAN countries and has won many fans among Beijing’s Chinese, Southeast Asian and European community.
