穆禄胡同与福楼法餐厅再次联手,由来自中国的年轻主厨Barry与来自马来西亚的曾大厨共同呈现亚洲风味的私享晚宴,每周五晚6:30和8:30各两场,每场仅限8位。
In this second East Meets West collaboration between Mulu Hutong and FLO Prestige, Chef Barry and Chef Zeng will take you on a exquisite culinary journey of modern Asian and French cuisine. Experience their cuisines for yourself every Friday at 6.30pm and 8.30pm (limited to eight diners per seating).

开胃菜娘惹派堤粿和月伴鹅肝酱揭开了整场晚宴的风格,娘惹风味和法式菜品的融合!不仅如此,更有两位年轻主厨带来的美食创意。精选全球优质食材,打破固定的组合,以传统烹饪理念和精湛技艺为基础,带来充满灵感闪现的美味。
The menu starts with kuih paitee and foie gras PBJ on toast, two very different but ultimately complimentary starters. These starters also demonstrate the two chefs’ creativity, which sees them taking traditional cooking styles and techniques from around the world and combining them with high-quality ingredients and modern presentation.

搭配了异域香草的柚子鱿鱼沙拉以及辣味椰子的二姑鸡翅包,令人心生好奇;老虎虾暹罗粉则采用秘制香草酱汁,带来浓郁的娘惹风味;澳洲牛排和砂拉越黑胡椒酱的组合绝妙无比,最后的猫山王椰糖珍蕊冰成为此次风味之旅的完美尾章,那种浓郁与清爽兼具的风味,令人沉醉在这秋日的夜晚。

The menu continues with a series of dishes that perfectly balance the culinary influences of the two chefs, including grilled calamari with pomelo and exotic herbs, stuffed chicken wings with basil pesto fried rice and spicy coconut sauce, and Australian flank steak with a medley of radish and a Sarawak black pepper sauce (using pepper from the founder of Mulu Hutong’s home state). The meal finishes with Mulu Hutong’s own take on the classic iced dessert cendol, with the addition of premium Musang King durian, which takes the flavours to the next level.

穆禄胡同从2013年以来作为中国-东南亚文化交流小院,并以预约制胡同创意菜成名。建议至少两周前预定。
MULU Hutong is a bespoke private dining courtyard with two terraces by reservation only since 2013, and made its name from her Southeast Asian flair of hutong cuisine. Reservation at least two weeks in advanced is recommended.
作为法国老牌创始于1901年,福楼于1999年踏入了北京从此成为了北京最受瞩目的法国餐厅之一。
Originated in France since 1901, FLO stepped into Beijing in 1999 and have since become one of the most sought after French restaurants in Beijing.
